Executive Director: Jill McKenney

Jill McKenney has been an integral part of our team since 2009 and was promoted to Executive Director in early 2023. She has held various positions within our agency and has a depth and breadth of experience with many facets of behavioral health. Jill’s passion and commitment to offering excellent care with compassion is obvious to anyone meeting her. She is a strong and kind servant leader, as well as an outstanding baker.  She and her husband live in Durham.

Clinical Director: Kristin Caffier

Kristin Caffier LCSW, LADC, CCS joined us in 2019 bringing 25 years of experience in leadership roles with community behavioral health and residential services. She started her career working in children’s residential services in Massachusetts and has never stopped being passionate about working with children, teens, adults and families to support their healing and growth from a trauma informed lens. She oversees all of our clinical and substance use services. She and her husband live in Topsham, ME.

Medical Director: Richard Entel, MD

Richard Entel, MD, FASAM, is board certified in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine. He has extensive experience in addiction medicine, including leading and developing opioid use disorder treatment programs. Dr. Entel has also practiced family medicine and emergency medicine in a range of practice settings in Maine. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency at Maine General Medical Center. He is committed to giving respectful and compassionate care which includes a harm reduction approach. Dr. Entel is also an artist and his work has been shown throughout Maine and other locations.
